von Khampa-La Tibetan Terriers ...
I have been engaged in this amazing breed Tibetan Terrier since 1992. At the beginning of the 1990s this breed was hardly unknown in Hungary, thus I could use only the literature to learn as much as possible about its fascinating character, and cute but at the same time elegant appearance. At that time only a few kennels of Tibetan Terrier were found in Hungary. My first dog was Enji (Dsan-Blun Enjali) from the kennel bred by Éva Lángi. Enji became a member of our family, a faithful friend at good and bad times, and made me feel hopelessly devoted to the Tibetan Terrier. She did perfectly both in shows and breeding – seven of her offsprings became a Champion and many dogs passed on her genes as a founder of a kennel. Sad to say that Enji has passed away, but she will always be the dog I ever love the most.

The first litter in our kennel was born in 1994 from Enji and Ch Dendrobates’ Ladko. We kept a female from that litter, Misi (Agatha von Khampa-La).

Our first Tibetan Terrier male is Pepi (Cornetto Brutusz). He arrived to us in 1995 from kennel Cornetto. We kept a female from the last litter of Enji also. Hetty (Hetty von Khampa-La) is a pampered queen, the favourite dog of my parents.
Misi lived 13 years, we lost her in 2007. Pepi and Hetty are retired and they still live with my parents. |

My husband and I moved to our present home in 2006, and we share it with four Tibetan Terriers. Brandy (Jo-Cee-Fuz von Khampa-La) was born in the last litter of Misi in 2002. Our females, Kanga ( Kyitruk Gaga Kanga von Khampa-La) and Lina (Lan-Bu Lina von Khampa-La) are both the daughters of Hetty. Our younger male Pandur (Pha-Pa Pandur von Khampa-La) was born to Kanga and Brandy in 2006.
Our Tibetan Terriers are members of our family, essential parts of our everyday lives. As breeders we strongly expect that all the new owners of our Tibetan Terrier puppies let their pets live a happy, well-balanced life. |

All of our dogs are tested for hip dysplasia, patella and inherited diseases of the eyes. Breeding healty and well-balanced puppies are of first priority.
Our aim is to prevent Tibetan Terriers become a breed of fashion and born in Puppy Mills by hundreds and hundreds.
